We've been in business for 20 years and currently lead a close-knit team of three full-time members, plus the agent. With a strong office culture and a genuinely enjoyable work environment, we also offer flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. The agent is a University of Tennessee alum and has 23 years of insurance experience.

Community involvement is a huge part of who we are. We stay active in the community through volunteering with the local food bank and churches. We also take care of our team and offer perks like a Simple IRA and reimbursement for all licensing costs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Herby Clark - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred. 
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
